Small but nice: in just a few square meters, Lulli's Gym offers you almost everything like in a large studio:

It's important that you already have some weight training experience. The equipment is not suitable for beginners or children under the age of 16. It's no joke if a 25-kg weight plate falls on your foot.

Therefore, there is an introduction before the first training session.

Further information and instructions can be found in the "Disclaimer" document, which is displayed in the gym and will also be given to you upon arrival.

During training

What do you need to bring?
Suitable sports clothing that cannot get caught on the equipment or weights.

Also, clean shoes are required; entering with street shoes or sneakers that you also wear outside is not permitted.

Everything else you will find on site.

The gym is open practically 24/7, but you should avoid playing loud music late at night and put the weights down slowly and quietly.
